I need to come back to Stockholm in the summer as it is just to cold to do anything here.  It was -16 this morning and -12 this afternoon.  I took a ‘winter’ boat tour and spent most of the tour inside but I did try to go out on deck to get some pictures.  The boat was cutting through the ice and it sounded very eerie, like when the Titanic hits the iceberg in the movie.  Some sheets were at least 8″ thick and 2 sq meters wide, it was like a huge jigsaw puzzle.  I got new mittens yesterday and they helped keep me warmer.  I then went to the Dance museum, Medieval Museum and also the Mediterranean Museum which I went to by accident while looking for the medieval one as the words are similar looking for both.

I forgot to mention that I almost got pick pocketed the other day.  When we were coming back from the club I had my wallet in my pocket and felt this guy kinda tickle my side.  I couldn’t tell if he was flirting for trying to grab my wallet so I just put my arm over my pocket.  Then we were walking through some scaffolding and the guy pushed me into his friend, so I guess he was trying to team up and get my wallet but I didn’t clue into that though until a couple minutes later when the guy pretended to fall into me again and he went to grab it.  I then screamed at him and they took off.  I felt really stupid for not noticing that they were trying to take my wallet until they got to try 3 times but I had my arm over it pretty tight so  they didn’t get it anyway.

Stewart didn’t join me on this trip as he is away to Austria skiing with his Dad and Alex is working all day so I am kinda lonely but Stockholm is really beautiful and I can’t wait to see it during the summer season.  (No it will not be this year to all of you who think I get to travel all the time 😛 )
