I would like to introduce all of my Canadian followers to the Scottish diet.  This my friends is a fried pizza supper, that is half of a cheese pizza deep fried and covered in salt & vinegar – served with greasy chips.  I can imagine you all squirming with the disgustingness of it.  But it is amazing and what the hell, its the WEEKEND!!!
